If you believe that any content hosted on the Interactive Yearbook platform infringes upon your copyright, you can submit a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown request.

## How to Submit a Request

To request a DMCA takedown, please send an email directly to our support team at:

23hashbarger@gmail.com

When submitting your request, please ensure you include the following information to help us process it as quickly as possible:

1. **Organization ID**: The Organization ID where the infringing content is located. You can find this in the Help & Support menu on the kiosk.
2. **Your Contact Information**: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
3. **Description of the Copyrighted Work**: A clear description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
4. **Location of the Infringing Material**: The exact URL or a detailed description of where the alleged infringing material is located within the yearbook.
5. **Statement of Good Faith**: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. **Statement of Accuracy**: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
7. **Your Signature**: A physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content.
