Managing Users and Roles

As an administrator, you have the ability to control who has access to the Interactive Yearbook and what actions they can perform.
Understanding Roles
  • Standard: Can browse and view the yearbook content. Cannot manage users or access settings.
  • Admin: Can manage users, upload yearbooks, manage sports and galleries.
  • Owner: The primary owner of the organization, with full access to all settings, user management, billing, and content.
Adding New Users
  1. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Team tab in the sidebar navigation.
  3. Click Invite Member.
  4. Enter the user's email address and select their appropriate role.
  5. An invitation email will be sent automatically.
Managing Access & SuspensionsIf a user should no longer have access (e.g., they left the school), you can remove their account from your organization.
  • Navigate to the Team tab.
  • Locate the user in the Members list.
  • Click the trash can (Remove Member) icon next to their name.
  • Confirm the removal. They will lose access immediately.
